Para motivar no hay nada como repetirse unas cuantas veces cu\u00e1les son tus objetivos, escribirnos frases positivas, de \u00e1nimo y comenzar el d\u00eda con una sonrisa que contagia a toda persona que se cruce en nuestro camino.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: purple;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Courier New&quot;, Courier, monospace;\">Este v\u00eddeo que comparto es uno de los que vimos al finalizar el taller (curso de preparaci\u00f3n de las monitoras para los talleres que se desarrollar\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximamente) y me parece estupendo.
